• Financial Qualification: Obtain pre-approval for financing when purchasing property

When using our website and services, you agree to:

• • Our liability is limited to the amount of commission received for services
• • We are not responsible for third-party actions (lenders, inspectors, contractors)

Real estate commission and fees are:

• • Negotiated and agreed upon in writing before services begin
• • Earned upon successful completion of transactions
• • Subject to the terms of signed listing or buyer agreements
• • May include marketing costs and administrative fees as disclosed

All commission structures and fee arrangements will be clearly explained and documented in our service agreements.

Either party may terminate services under the following conditions:

• • Written notice as specified in service agreements
• • Breach of contract terms by either party
• • Completion of agreed-upon services
• • Mutual agreement to terminate

Termination procedures and any applicable fees will be outlined in individual service agreements.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Lincoln County, Wyoming. We comply with all Wyoming Real Estate Commission regulations and fair housing laws.
